Northcroft's Values are lived, breathed, and acted on during everyone's school day. They create the culture of the school and are the expectations of both students and staff members who choose to work or attend the school.  The school as a community has made clear behaviour guidelines for staff, students, and families, and all understand the school’s community expectations and support them as they continue to evolve. The school community sets high standards of behaviour for everyone within it.
